1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 24winph online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered through the website and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Services"). By registering an account with 24winph, logging in, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific games or promotions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 24winph platform and close your account. Continued use of the Services following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 24winph platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, accessing, or using the 24winph platform in any capacity.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by 24winph or any regulatory authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 24winph, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) account on the 24winph platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify 24winph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
• You must not allow any other person to use your account to place bets or access the Services.
• You are solely responsible for all transactions made through your account.
• 24winph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

Account verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) is required before withdrawals can be processed. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

24winph accepts deposits via approved Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers from major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier section of your account.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may take up to three (3) business days to process, depending on the payment method selected.
• 24winph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
• Funds deposited into your 24winph account may only be used for gaming purposes on the Platform. Deposits cannot be transferred to other users.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

24winph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are detailed in the applicable promotion page. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts only, unless otherwise stated.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• 24winph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or other fraudulent means — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Unused bonus funds will be removed from your account upon expiry.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 24winph platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to abide by the applicable game rules. General gameplay terms include:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time physical processes conducted by trained dealers.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, 24winph's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. The Platform's decision in such matters is final.
• Bets placed and accepted by the system are final and cannot be cancelled or reversed once a game round has commenced.
• 24winph reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, as a result of a system malfunction, or in violation of these Terms.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient funds in their account before placing bets. 24winph does not extend credit to players.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 24winph platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's systems.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 24winph staff members.

8. Responsible Gaming

24winph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we provide tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 24winph players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 24winph platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of 24winph or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 24winph.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 24winph, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, system errors, or service interruptions.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 24winph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Termination

24winph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• At the Platform's sole discretion for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or its players.

Upon termination, any bonus funds in your account will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to any outstanding verification requirements and applicable deductions for fees or charges.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

24winph operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

24winph reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 24winph platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
